Instructions
In a bowl, combine honey, soy sauces, garlic, oyster sauce, Sriracha, Shaoxing wine, ginger, sesame oil, and salt.
Place chicken thighs in a 6-quart slow cooker. Pour sauce over chicken. Cover and cook on High for 3 hours.
Transfer chicken to a cutting board. Shred using forks. Return to slow cooker.
Stir water and cornstarch together. Mix into the chicken mixture. Add cooked noodles and toss to coat. Cover and let sit 10 minutes.
Sprinkle scallions over top before serving. Serve hot!
