Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cold whole milk
  • ½ cup heavy cream (optional)
  • 1 cup fresh grapes, halved"
  • ¼ cup crushed pistachios
  • ½ tbsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1-2 tbsp honey or sugar (optional)

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, whisk together pistachio pudding mix and cold milk until smooth.
  • Add heavy cream if using for extra creaminess.
  • Sweeten with honey or sugar to taste.
  • Refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow the pudding to set.
  • Wash, dry, and halve the grapes. Fold them into the pudding after it has set.
  • Chill the pudding for an additional 1 hour.
