fresh lemon balm leaves
or 2 tablespoons dried lemon balm

Instructions
In a small pot, bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
Add the fresh lemon balm leaves (or dried) to the boiling water. Reduce heat and simmer for 10–15 minutes.
Remove from heat and let the tea steep for an additional 5 minutes.
Strain the tea through a fine mesh sieve into cups.
Sweeten with 1–2 teaspoons of honey if desired. Enjoy warm or chilled!
