Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh lemon balm leaves or 2 tablespoons dried lemon balm
  • 2 cups water
  • 1-2 teaspoons honey optional, for sweetening

Instructions
 

  • In a small pot, bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
  • Add the fresh lemon balm leaves (or dried) to the boiling water. Reduce heat and simmer for 10–15 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and let the tea steep for an additional 5 minutes.
  • Strain the tea through a fine mesh sieve into cups.
  • Sweeten with 1–2 teaspoons of honey if desired. Enjoy warm or chilled!
