cream of mushroom soup

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add green beans and cook for 5 minutes, then drain and rinse under cold water.
In a large bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup, milk, soy sauce, black pepper, and 2/3 cup of fried onions.
Stir in the cooked green beans until well coated.
Transfer mixture to a baking dish and bake for 25 minutes.
Top with remaining fried onions and bake for another 5 minutes until golden and crispy.
Notes
Use fresh or frozen green beans depending on availability. For extra flavor, sauté fresh mushrooms and add them to the mix.
