Buffalo Sauce
1/3cupFrank's Wings Hot Sauce
1.5cupslight brown sugar
1tablespoonwater
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top. Spray rack with non-stick spray.
Pat chicken wings very dry with paper towels. In a bowl, toss wings with baking powder, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder until evenly coated.
Arrange wings, skin side up, on the wire rack. Bake for 20 minutes, flip, and continue baking until crispy and browned (about 40 minutes total).
While wings bake, prepare buffalo sauce by combining hot sauce, brown sugar, and water in a skillet. Heat over medium until smooth.
After wings are cooked, let them rest 5 minutes, then toss in sauce and serve immediately.
Notes
Drying the wings thoroughly and using baking powder are key steps for extra crispiness. Try tossing wings in different sauces like BBQ or honey garlic!
