1/2cupshredded cheddar cheese
1/2teaspoongarlic powder
1/2teaspoononion powder
1/4teaspoonpaprika
salt and pepperto taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
Using a spoon, scoop out spoonfuls of the mixture and place them onto the prepared baking sheet. Flatten each scoop with the back of the spoon to form thin, round chips.
Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and crispy. Keep an eye on them to prevent burning.
Remove from the oven and allow the chips to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes. They will continue to crisp up as they cool.
Once cooled, serve the chips on their own or with your favorite dip.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese or your favorite herbs to the mixture before baking. Store any leftovers in an airtight container to maintain crispness.
