  • 1 cup whole milk cottage cheese preferably small curd
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
  • Using a spoon, scoop out spoonfuls of the mixture and place them onto the prepared baking sheet. Flatten each scoop with the back of the spoon to form thin, round chips.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and crispy. Keep an eye on them to prevent burning.
  • Remove from the oven and allow the chips to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes. They will continue to crisp up as they cool.
  • Once cooled, serve the chips on their own or with your favorite dip.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese or your favorite herbs to the mixture before baking. Store any leftovers in an airtight container to maintain crispness.
