Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 pound extra large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons Old Bay seasoning divided
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1.5 cups white wine or substitute chicken broth
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter room temperature
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
  • grated Parmesan cheese for serving

Instructions
 

  • Season both sides of the shrimp with salt, pepper, and 1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  • Add minced garlic to the skillet, cook for 1 minute. Deglaze the pan with white wine and lemon juice, scraping the bottom of the pan.
  • Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in butter and the remaining 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning.
  • Return shrimp to the skillet, stir to coat. Garnish with fresh parsley and grated Parmesan before serving.

Notes

Serve over linguine, angel hair pasta, or with crusty bread to soak up the sauce. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
