Ingredients
  

Filling

  • 2 small apples peeled and finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon optional

Crumble Topping

  • 2 tbsp rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter softened
  • 1 tbsp ground almonds (optional, skip if there's a nut allergy risk)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a saucepan, cook apples with water and cinnamon over low heat until soft (about 5–7 minutes).
  • Transfer apple mixture into an oven-safe ramekin or baby-safe dish.
  • In a bowl, combine oats, butter, and ground almonds. Mix until crumbly.
  • Sprinkle topping over the apples and bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden and bubbling.
  • Cool thoroughly before serving. Serve alone or with a spoon of full-fat yogurt.

Notes

This recipe contains no added sugar—great for little tummies. Always test temperature and texture before offering to baby. Freeze leftovers in small portions.
